We are proud to announce that we sponsored the New Mexico Tech Mach Miners Rocket team! They recently came by to express their gratitude and interest in viewing our precision manufacturing facility. The tour exposed them to the processes that go into precision parts, and they were able to see firsthand how our state-of-the-art equipment and expertise can help them achieve their goals. We appreciate the students' hard work and are always committed to supporting education and developing the next generation of engineers!

The latest addition to the Jaguar machine family is a Mazak Integrex i-400ST. It was an exciting day here when this machine was delivered. Machine Services, LLC provided a smooth experience in getting this equipment set up on the shop floor. The i-400ST is a Multi-Tasking solution that employs two turning spindles, a milling spindle, and a lower turret so that operators can process first and second operations simultaneously or perform sequential operations on a single workpiece.

We have added to our Keyence collection! The new Keyence XM Series is a handheld CMM where an inspector performs measurements by manually measuring points around a part with a handheld probe. Being handheld makes the XM intuitive and quick which gives JPM the ability to reduce the time spent on first article inspection.

We are grateful that in the middle of the infamous year of 2020 Jaguar purchased the latest addition to the CNC machine family: The 2020 Mazak VTC-300c. This machine features a long fixed table design with a maximum table load of 3,300 Ibs. Along with the full traveling column, this machine is the perfect addition for machining long, heavy pieces. Jaguar was previously working with a 2002 VTC-300c. Purchasing the newer model expands Jaguar's capabilities to handle customers' diverse project requirements.
